Nestled at the heart of the ***HotelPARENTHESE , the Au Verbe Aimer Restaurant brings a passion for fresh seasonal produce all year round. The chef, Christophe Bassard, has made this approach his signature. The kitchen’s only role is to bring out the best of the flavour of top quality produce, whether to enhance the tone of a fish, to temper acidity or on the contrary to spice up a texture.
Together with his team of 10, the chef seeks to treat restaurant guests with a classic cuisine that brings the best of the season to the plate and gives pride of place to local produce.

For professional seminars and private events (baptisms, family celebrations, weddings...) Chef Bassard offers tailor-made menus according to the wishes and the budget of the organisers.
Aperitif dinner, lunch on the terrace or a traditional 5 or 6 course meal, private hireof the entire establishment... Communicate your wishes to us and the Au Verbe Aimer team will fulfil your dream.
The restaurant also offers a private room to host your professional and personal events such as family reunions, baptisms, weddings...
Practical information
This summer, our restaurant "Au Verbe Aimer" is open
every evening from Tuesday to Sunday and for lunch from Thursday to Sunday.
Dinner service: from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Lunch service: from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
For hotel guests: room service is available on Monday evenings,
upon advance reservation.
We may exceptionally open outside of the above-mentioned services for groups.

Weekly closing: Monday (all year round) and Sunday (low season).
Open Sunday for lunch and dinner in July and August.
Annual Closure: From Sunday, December 21st to Thursday, December 25th, 2025.
